I am cleaning up old family videos, some with proprietary formats. This tools worked exceptionally well. The pro version appears to differ from the lite version in that 1) Pro accepts unlimited files in a batch, while Lite only processes two files; amd 2) Pro version has a few more pre-defined conversion formats. Highly receommended.

I have started using software since 2020. EX-CEL-LENT!!!! Just imagine having this EXACT...in the early 2000's.
Junk. take 2 hours to process
Cheaper faster to buy a camera that takes in mac friendly format. I got one for $40.00 better than a go pro. simple no waiting. works great. This software is a joke. DO NOT BUY IT
It works okay
First impression - I bought Pro vecause Lite only permits queing 2 videos and Pro seems unlimited. My Mac-mini made a strange hissing sound while coverting videos and I couldn't mute it. Otherwise it's a good converter and gets the job done, allbeit a little slowly (seems to me).
Waste of Money
For something that should be able to easily convert .avi to a quicktime compatible video, it sure makes it difficult. It only converted about half of the files I needed converted, even though they were all the same format. No files were corrupt, and I’m trying to figure out why I spent money on a worthless app. It had one job; convert .avi files to .mov. Not worth even $1.00.
